Before you purchase our product or start using it, we recommend reading the following warranty terms carefully to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations.

Our company provides a 6-month warranty for all new purchases of ANPABO TOY products. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or parts that affect the functionality of the product. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product or users who can provide proof of purchase.

[1] If within 6 months from the date of delivery, the product experiences quality failures under normal operating conditions (excluding human-caused damage), and our technical personnel confirm that the failure of the product occurred under normal use, customers can enjoy the warranty service with proof of purchase. Please note that during the repair process, photos may be required to diagnose non-motion issues and videos may be needed to diagnose movement problems of the product.

[2] We authorize the warranty as the manufacturer and seller of ANPABO TOY. For ANPABO TOY wholesalers and online dealers who cooperate with us, our company will provide warranty service for their customers.

 

[3] The scope of our warranty includes:

1.Any appearance damage, missing parts, or the product does not match the description provided by the seller, such as differences in model, color, specification, etc. occur when the product is opened for the first time.

2.Parts that fall off without reason under normal operating conditions (excluding human-caused damage)

3.Quality problems related to the product itself, such as manufacturing defects and damaged parts

4.Logistics problems, such as products being damaged or lost during transportation.

 

Under normal circumstances, replacement parts or full refunds are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject to one of the above conditions. Please provide relevant vouchers and evidence, such as the order number and photos of the defective product or damaged parts when requesting replacement parts or a full refund.

 

[4] The following problems are not covered under our warranty:

1.Any problem caused by non-product material and process defects.

2.Normal wear and tear caused by regular use over time, such as long-term direct light exposure, aging, temperature and humidity changes, etc.

3.Man-made damage caused by wrong operation, neglect, improper storage, water immersion, careless use, improper maintenance, improper assembly or disassembly, improper cleaning or cleaning supplies, contact with sharp objects or other inappropriate items, inappropriate methods using the product, etc., due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines.

4.The appearance is artificially stained, scratched, broken, stained, etc.

5.As a result of force majeure natural factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.

 

[5] The maintenance services will be refused under the following circumstances:

1.Failure to provide the relevant purchase certificate or the item recorded in the product purchase certificate does not match the product.

2.The warranty service provided by the product does not include product's decoration items.

3.Unable to provide the product purchase certificate, and the purchase date is beyond the warranty period.

4.This warranty service does not include shipping costs and door-to-door service.
