Where are ANPABO big toys made?

At ANPABO, we know that knowing where a toy is made is a key factor in your purchasing decision. That's why we clearly list the country of origin on every product page.

The ride on big toys are proudly manufactured in China, where we have been creating high-quality toys for over 30 years!

To offer you a wider range of products, we also collaborate with carefully vetted suppliers in China. These partners produce our plush toys and dolls, plastic toys, certain games, and more.

Regardless of the manufacturing location, every single ANPABO brand product is rigorously tested to meet or exceed all US and European Federal safety standards for toys.

 

Can i submit a game or product idea?

Yes! All game and toy ideas are submitted to our parent company in China. Download our Idea Submission Form (PDF). ANPABO USA doesn’t manufacture or make product decisions. Good luck with your submission!

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept paypal ,MasterCard, Visa, Discover, virtual currency,and American Express.

How do I track my order?

All purchasers, whether a guest or logged in to ANPABO USA account, will receive an email automatically with the tracking information. Some email carriers will direct these emails to your spam folder. To prevent this from happening, please add anpabo.service@gmail.com to your address book.

For those with a ANPABO USA account, you can simply log in and review all of your order information, including tracking.

Shipping

How quickly do you ship orders?

We understand that you want your orders to arrive at your doorstep quickly, so we do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you request expedited shipping and your order is received into our system before 12 noon EST, your order will ship that same day.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We expect our customers to be 100% happy with our ANPABO products. If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error.

If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.
