Warranty Policy
We aim to make the whole warranty process as clear, concise and efficient as possible. If you wish to arrange a warranty return, or are unsure if your product is covered by our warranty terms, please contact our customer service team at anpabo.service@gmail.com and they will endeavour to resolve your issue quickly. They will ask a few questions to determine eligibility and the difficulty of the repair.
Most warranty claims can be resolved by sending in product parts, see our Common Faults Troubleshooting page (link to Fault Reporting Troubleshooting) to check yourself in advance and send the information you have troubleshooted to Customer Service for a quicker and more efficient solution. *It is important to stress that our warranty covers parts and labour from the outset, during the warranty period we will first try to resolve the fault by sending a part, if this is unsuccessful please don't worry we will offer to send you a replacement to replace the faulty product so that your child can still enjoy their ride!
Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product and normally covers manufacturing defects for 6 months.
The warranty excludes parts that are consumable and faults caused by misuse.
Below is a partial list of parts that are not covered by our standard warranty terms, but are not limited to
Wheels and tyres.
Materials including seats and handlebars.
Lights and bulbs.
USB ports and auxiliary input ports.
Batteries.
The following is a list of parts covered by the standard warranty terms:
Motor.
Parental remote control.
Speed controller/main board.
Charger.
Media Display

It is important to emphasise that our warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, intentional damage or any other problem not classified as a manufacturing defect.
Example 1: Ride-on toys stored in a cold, humid environment (applies to all ride-on products on the ANPABO website) can cause catastrophic electrical damage and therefore the standard warranty terms do not apply.
Example 2: The use of a ride-on electric toy that exceeds the specified weight limit can cause irreversible damage to the motor and speed controller/main board, therefore the standard warranty terms do not apply.
General Exclusions (what is not covered)
Wear and tear
Damage caused by impact, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or intrusion, frost, flood or other adverse weather conditions
Improper use, storage or handling of the product
Breach of the terms and conditions of this warranty or the terms of the contract
Failure to comply with our or the manufacturer's written instructions for the product
Damage or defects caused by wilful neglect or negligence of anyone other than us
Loss of quality, deterioration in performance or physical damage caused by the use of spare parts or other replaceable items (e.g. consumables) not manufactured or recommended by the manufacturer
Modification of the product and/or software by anyone other than our representatives
Connecting other parts, accessories, equipment or software to the product that have not been approved by us
external causes beyond our control, including accident, fire or theft
Failure due to impact or drop, sand, dust, dirt, moisture or corrosion, leaking batteries, repair or cleaning by unauthorised persons
any faults or special requirements of any other hardware or software you have added to the Product not covered by the Contract
Correction of errors in any part/accessory or software that is not proprietary to ANPABO or the original manufacturer.
Loss or corruption of data

General terms
The warranty is valid from the date of despatch until the end of six months.
For your benefit, please note down your order number and product model number and quote the order number in any communication with ANPABO.
Do not return the product to ANPABO without first obtaining the approval of the After Sales Service team ANPABO will not accept any responsibility or pay any compensation for the loss of a particular item. You will also be responsible for the return postage costs.
ANPABO warrants that its products (excluding accessories, software, consumables such as, but not limited to, batteries, ink pads, paper, and other consumables as defined by us) will be in good working condition for the warranty period. The warranty period is for the period stated above and begins on the date of shipment. If the product is not in good working condition, ANPABO will provide free service during the warranty period. The warranty is based on proof of purchase; therefore you should keep your payment receipt (invoices can be downloaded from your account area).
If the cost of repair is not economical, we may choose to replace your product. If the product is no longer available, we may choose to replace it with a similar product of the same or higher value. These values will depend on the value at the time of replacement.
If the product failure is not covered by this warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of inspection/repair of the product.
ANPABO's only obligation under this Warranty is to provide the Services as described above.
You should take all reasonable precautions to protect your assets and property and to minimise potential loss or damage, including, where appropriate, regular inspection of the Product.
This warranty is not transferable to a third party.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
We are always trying to create material that helps educate people on how to care for and use these products, and if you think we are missing something that we should be covering, we encourage you to contact us and let us know what we can do better.
Regular maintenance as well as proper use will keep these products in the home for many years, so please make sure to follow our guidelines as closely as possible so that we can achieve this goal and ensure that future generations get as much use out of these incredible products as possible.
We aim to make most of our parts available to buy online so that even if something goes wrong, we can get you back up and running as quickly as possible. We do this for two reasons;
We don't want our products to end up in a landfill.
We don't want to lose your respect. What would you think of us if you spent hundreds of dollars on a ride-on toy car and then had to throw it away two years later because you couldn't find the parts you needed to fix it? You wouldn't think much of us. So we need your help to make this happen, and we're doing our best to streamline the process and make parts available online.
If you currently find yourself in one of these situations, please contact our customer service team and explain what the problem is and what parts are needed to fix it.
We will then endeavour to import these parts or point you in the right direction to obtain them. Please make sure you provide our team with as much information as possible (photos of the parts are encouraged) so we can avoid the back and forth ;).
