ANPABO Warranty Policy and Process

Our goal is to make the entire warranty process as clear, concise, and efficient as possible.

How to Arrange a Warranty Claim

If you wish to arrange a warranty return, or are unsure if your product is covered by our warranty terms, please contact our customer service team via email: anpabo.service@gmail.com. They will endeavor to resolve your issue quickly.

To determine eligibility and the complexity of the repair, they will ask a few questions.

Quick Fault Troubleshooting

Most warranty claims can be resolved by shipping replacement parts. Please check our Common Faults Troubleshooting page (link to Fault Reporting Troubleshooting should be inserted here) to check the issue yourself in advance and send the information you've troubleshooted to Customer Service for a quicker and more efficient solution.

It is important to stress:

  • Our warranty covers parts and labor.

  • During the warranty period, we will first try to resolve the fault by sending a part.

  • If this is unsuccessful, please don't worry—we will offer to send you a replacement to substitute the faulty product so that your child can still enjoy their ride!

Warranty Period

Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product and normally covers manufacturing defects for 6 months.

The following is a list of parts covered by the standard warranty terms:

  2. Example 2: The use of a ride-on electric toy that exceeds the specified weight limit can cause irreversible damage to the motor and speed controller/main board, and therefore the standard warranty terms do not apply.

ANPABO's Commitment: Parts Availability and Sustainability

Regular maintenance, as well as proper use, will keep these products in the home for many years. Please make sure to follow our guidelines as closely as possible.

We aim to make most of our parts available to buy online so that even if something goes wrong, we can get you back up and running as quickly as possible. We do this for two reasons:

  1. We don't want our products to end up in a landfill.

  2. We want to maintain your respect.

If You Need Parts

If you currently find yourself needing parts, please contact our customer service team and explain what the problem is and what parts are needed to fix it.

We will then endeavor to import these parts or point you in the right direction to obtain them. Please make sure you provide our team with as much information as possible (photos of the parts are encouraged) so we can avoid back-and-forth communication.

If we haven't covered anything, or if you're unsure about anything we've mentioned above, please get in touch! :)
