Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
From the date of purchase, all ANPABO products sold directly by ANPABO are eligible for a comprehensive warranty for any quality-related defects.
ANPABO's limited warranty is only valid for purchases made within the country/region. The limited warranty is not applicable to items carried outside the country/region of initial purchase or items shipped directly from authorized online retailers.
Quality-related warranty claims for products purchased through ANPABO's authorized distributors and retailers (such as Walmart and Wayfair) will be handled by ANPABO.
For quality-related warranty claims, products will be replaced with a refurbished model of equal value (if available) or a new product will be sent.
The warranty for all replacement parts follows the same warranty period as the original defective product, or three months after the replacement, whichever is longer. Product warranty becomes void after a full refund.
Procedure:
Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after the warranty claim is submitted. Warranty claims for items that have exceeded the original warranty period or the 90-day warranty claim request period (whichever is longer) cannot be processed.
In The Following Cases, Shipping Costs Must Be Borne by The Buyer:

- The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- ANPABO engineers must document the circumstances when the buyer performed troubleshooting on the product.
- The serial number of the defective item and/or visible evidence describing the defect is required.
- The return of the item may be necessary for quality inspection.
- Order number for purchases made through ANPABO or ANPABO's authorized distributors online.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt issued by ANPABO's authorized distributors, showing product description and price.

- Returning products confirmed to have reasons other than product defects.
- Warranty claims for items purchased outside the original country.
- Buyer's accidental returns.
- Returning personal items.
- Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition by ANPABO engineers during quality control.
- Returning defective items during international shipping.
- Expenses related to unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Items beyond the warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Free products.
- Repairs done by third parties.
- External damages.
- Damages caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: battery damage due to prolonged non-use or lack of charging, improper usage in extreme weather conditions, exposure to heavy rain, falling from heights).
- Items purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- Data loss caused by the use of ANPABO-engineered products.
- Personal items returned to ANPABO.
When returning items with prepaid shipping labels provided by ANPABO, ANPABO is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process. In cases of non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. ANPABO does not provide refunds for items damaged during shipping for non-quality-related warranty claims.
